Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 May 2026

NewsFuel ("NewsFuel", "we", "us") operates the website at newsfuel.ai and the free email newsletters offered through it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

  • Email address — when you subscribe to one or more newsletters.
  • Your newsletter selections — which newsletters you have asked to receive.
  • Limited technical data — the IP address used at sign-up (to prevent abuse and confirm consent) and standard server logs (timestamps, requested pages).
  • Local storage — your "My list" of selected newsletters is stored in your browser to make signing up easier. It is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with us until you submit your email.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and the service is not directed at children under 16.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the newsletters you have explicitly requested.
  • To confirm your subscription via a double opt-in email.
  • To let you manage or cancel your subscriptions.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give by subscribing and confirming, and which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

4. How newsletters are produced

NewsFuel newsletters are generated automatically. Our systems collect publicly available news articles from third-party sources and use artificial intelligence to summarize them. Your personal data is never sent to these sources or to the AI models — only public news content is processed to create the newsletter.

5. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run NewsFuel, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Email delivery — our email is sent through Resend, which processes your email address solely to deliver messages.
  • Hosting / infrastructure — our servers and database, used to operate the service.

6. Retention

We keep your email and subscription preferences for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe from everything, we retain a minimal suppression record so we don't email you again, and otherwise delete your data on request.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, or to have your data deleted, email info@topiq.pro. Every newsletter also contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
